- Short Breaks Monday to Thursday at 70% of weekly tariff

- 25% deposit required upon booking and the remainder payable 6 weeks before holiday commences.
- Cleaning/Damage deposit payable on arrival
- Starter pack for fire, bedlinen, gas central heating included in the rent but extra charge for heating in months between October and March.
